1986－1987 Through Canadian soft-loan financing, helped Northern Telecom in wining the first contract on the supply of digital program-controlled exchanger to the Jiangxi Telecom Administration Bureau.
1988－1991 Sold over US$ 30 million dollars of telephone cables from Canada and Japan into China with financing from government and commercial loans to the former telecommunication Administration Bureaus of Guangdong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Shaanxi, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Hainan, Xinjiang, Shandong etc.. We brought the first contracts for Canada Wire & Cable, Philips Cables of Canada and Showa Cables of Japan on the supply of telephone cables.
1990 Participated in and won the first and last international tender contract in foreign currency (U.S. dollars) funded by the Asian Development Bank on the supply of cement from a Chinese manufacturer-supplier to a Chinese customer.
Won an international tender on the supply of US$ 10 million worth of ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Re-inforced) to the Philippines.
Participated in and won an international tender (US$ 20 million) on behalf of CANAC, a subsidiary of Canadian National on a supply-install-transfer turn-key project of point-to-multi-point microwave systems in the Mindanao, a southern state of the Philippines.
Imported the HEINTZMAN piano brand having a history of 170 years from Canada to Beijing including equipment, technology as well as managing personnel. Now this company has been one of the famous manufacturers in China, whose HEINTZMAN pianos are sold in volume to North America, and has been approved by the International Trade Association.
1991 Imported Aluminum ingot and and Ф8 mm copper rod from Canada, which laid a foundation for Pan Asian to engage in non-ferrous metal over a long period of time.
