Blue foam- or solid insulation
The fix centred cross head is equipped with an pintle (distributor) fine adjusting system, to reach easy an high level of product centricity.
The head is used with one main extruder, and two skin extruders.
The common standard type extrusion tools are used:
- maximum conductor diameter: 4,00 mm
- max. diameter over insulation: 10,00 mm
This head is designed for the use of standard dies, size 4/6 made from tungsten carbide or steel with an angle of 60° or 30°.
